Oral Presentation Instructions

All speakers are requested to upload their presentations in the main plenary hall no later than 2 h before the start of their session or, in case of first morning session, at the end of the last afternoon session on the previous day.
The lecturer's presence in the plenary hall is required at least 15 minutes before the start of their session.

All presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint on Windows-based PCs. Please make sure to bring your final PowerPoint presentation with you to the meeting on a USB Flash Drive.

The oral presentations will be in English.

Please adhere below time limits for your presentation; the timings will be strictly enforced by the session moderators.

Technical tests of the presentations will be run in the breaks between sessions.

The lecturer's presence in the plenary hall is required at least 15 minutes before the start of their session.
Please prepare a presentation that lasts no more than 10-12 minutes (maximum 10-12 slides).

The presenting author has to register and pay the fee for the Conference in order to present the accepted abstract.
Unregistered abstracts will not be included in the scientific program.
Only abstracts of participants who are registered and attended the Conference, will be included in the scientific program and the Conference Book.

The presenting author has to participate in the Conference ; otherwise:
Participation and presentation certificates will not be granted.
The abstract will not be included in the abstract book.

Please show respect to your fellow speakers, the moderators and the audience by keeping to the timings.
